terms & conditions

1. Commissions are solely for personal use. DO NOT CLAIM THE ARTWORK AS YOUR OWN. I still own rights and credits to the work.
2. Including references in your orders is highly appreciated!
3. All commissions are non-refundable unless I am unable to complete your commission. In case this happens, I will personally contact you to process the refund.
4. Sketches will be sent to the client for approval after sending FULL payment upfront. Any edits should be made at this stage. You may only request 2-3 minor edits after the sketch has been approved.
5. General turnover can last anywhere from 1-2 weeks. This can change according to the my personal schedule. However, if you have a specific deadline, please specify and I will do my best to comply accordingly for as long as my schedule and personal circumstances allow.
6. For payment, you may use PayPal or Gcash. Invoices will be sent for PayPal payments (please provide your email) while those through Gcash will be sent through a QR Code. Bank transfers to the artist’s Gcash account is also allowed, provided the client shoulders the processing fee.
